Currently, if an individual wants to become a security guard, he/she would have to take the Eight Hour Pre-Assignment Training Course for Security Guards $50, get fingerprinted $102, submit an application to the state $36, then take the Sixteen Hour On-The-Job Training Course for Security Guards $100. This can be pretty expensive for someone in between jobs or just entering the job market.

We will sponsor 10 people with all the training and fees necessary to become a security guard. We will also train them in First Aid/CPR/AED which will enhance their opportunities in the job market.

The length of time required to complete this academy is 32 hours and you must attend all 4 days.
